A software upgrade is planned for the Hosted PBX telephony platform on nodes PBX4 and PBX5 to address a number of issues escalated to the vendor in previous releases. The software upgrade is expected to take approximately 15 minutes however downtime is limited to approximately 3-5 minutes while the handset automatically restarts. Additional testing will also occur during the maintenance window.
